And as for not being a client of yours… I own a HIEMTPRO II. You are the manufacturer and this does make me a client of yours. If you believe in your products the you will support them worldwide. Do not alienate tour clients. You made the money on the sale of this product. There are no distributers of any form of support for your product in South Africa. No company is listed on your website. SO for the big question, if I need support who do I contact mr manufacturer???
