I ordered a R18 Gas-powered Red 3-wheel Motor on oct 11 and paid $30. extra for faster shipping, and did not receive a tracking number. When I asked them why they said they did not have and need to buy more. I asked for a refund and now they totally ignore my emails to them asking for my refund. What kind of business are these people running when they take your money and then ignore you.... .........................UPDATE..................................... After many emails back and forth speaking with a person named Martin, he said they would refund my money. That was bout 9 hours ago and I still do not have it. I am just writing this because I feel it is important to let everyone know what is going on because they did reply to me , but I am still nowhere with this........ ....................UPDATE.10/18.................................. They did refund my money to me today, so I guess they must care and I have nothing bad to say about them....................
