They Stole my money
I recently purchased three items from your company, but I only received two. Additionally, one of the items I did receive was not as advertised. The product image showed a sweater, but the item that arrived was made of cheap polyester, not matching the description or the picture. I reached out to request a refund, but was only offered a 15% discount on my next purchase. I informed your team that I would not be purchasing from your company again due to the misleading product images. I also notified them that I never received one of the items I ordered. In response, I was offered a 20% discount on my next purchase, which I again declined, reiterating that I would not be buying from your store in the future because your products are not as advertised, and I am still missing an item that I paid for. At this point, I feel as though my money has been taken without delivering what was promised. I was told my complaint would be forwarded to another department and that someone would follow up, but I have not heard anything further. I am very disappointed with this experience and will not be making any future purchases.
