Lifesaver as a business owner
I am a small business owner and HelloBonsai has honestly been one of my favorite companies I have ever worked with. I love their product, but love the customer experience even more. They genuinely listen when you make suggestions and their customer support team is amazing! Just in the year or so that I have used them they have already implemented multiple features that I, and many other clients, have suggested (some of which I couldn't find in any other similar platform I had looked at). Being a business owner is crazy sometimes with how many hats you have to wear, and their platform has been a time and effort saver in a lot of ways. Some of my favorite features include being able to send invoices and have clients pay me online through their platform, invoice auto-reminders for clients so I'm not spending so much time chasing money, built in contracts with electronic signatures, the client portal, time and budget tracking for projects... As with everything I use in the world of technology, there are things I get frustrated with and don't necessarily love about their platform, but even still I would recommend them without hesitation as I have watched them improve on a weekly basis, giving me confidence in the future of this program.
