I’ve been using Bonsai to manage all of my businesses, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made. It has become the central hub for my entire business, and I genuinely can’t imagine running things without it.
What I love most is that everything is in one place. I manage my client database, proposals, services, projects, invoices, bookkeeping, suppliers, forms, documents, meetings, and even my project pipeline from a single platform. Creating proposals is incredibly quick because my services are already set up, so I don’t have to rebuild everything from scratch each time.
The bookkeeping features have been a huge time-saver. My invoices are automatically tracked, I can capture my monthly expenses, and having my income and expenses in one place makes managing my finances so much easier. I also love being able to share projects and tasks with external contractors, such as my accountant, so everyone has access to exactly what they need without endless emails back and forth.
The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and packed with features without feeling overwhelming. Every time I discover another tool, it replaces yet another app I no longer need.

Testing out Bonsai for my artist website service business. I am mainly using it for contracts and payments which was seamless in one flow. I'm loving the client portal for my Client communication and onboarding process. Clients can easily fill out design and strategy questionnaires and upload files inside their custom portal. Also I got great customer support that helped solved my question quickly and in detail. Loving Hello Bonsai very much and highly recommend it for solopreneurs, creative entreprenerus and freelance professionals.

Bonsai is an excellent project management software that efficiently helps me keep my day on track. The CRM incorporates a customizable pipeline for prospects to clients, contracts, projects, tasks, time tracking with service rates, and integrates smoothly with QuickBooks. There are multiple views for workflow management, such as Kanban board, list, calendar, and Gantt. In addition, the staff is courteous, resourceful, and ready to help.
Bonsai has been my go-to invoicing app/software for almost 3 years, and I don't think I will ever go anywhere else. For the price, the support, being able to do invoices and contracts all in one app...for a freelance videographer/photographer/drone pilot. I plan on using Bonsai for many years to come...as long as they will have me.
I've been using Bonsai for 3-ish years and can usually find what I need in their robust library of help topics. But occasionally need to speak to a human. Thankfully, they are one of the few businesses left that still offer real, human-to-human customer service.
