I bought the hy450 Max from this page and the only problem I've had is that they didn't say anything about the holidays and since February 14th They answered my questions on the 24th Febr and the package arrived on March 3rd. They need to give more info on the website and more active support—if you ask something now ... they'll answer you at the end of the month . I haven't properly tested the projector yet, but from what I've seen, the quality is good. The only thing it lacks is sound; it's barely noticeable without a soundbar you don't have a good experience watching movies or series... for the rest, for the price and quality it's fine.
