Bought scooter and within 3 months it died…..tried contacting customer service and no response and all batteries online were sold out. Now a useless toy for my kid. Finally 6 months later it looked like a battery was available……hopefully fixes the issue….if not, we wasted another $100 and will vehemently avoid your products.
