Was surprised by excellent support
After my purchase the file I initially downloaded did not work correctly. I could not see the table of contents and all the hyperlinks did not work. I thought I had gotten ripped off. Surprisingly the factory manual folks responded to my emails and after a few exchanges they sent me another link for a file that works just as advertised. I initially gave a one star review but after this experience I am happy they stood by their product and worked with me till the issue was resolved!
