DO NOT USE!!!
DO NOT USE!!! I did not receive full order, had to constantly chase up items not received and wasn't informed they were not shipping it. Requested refund and return of goods and they refused because it was past the 30 days return policy when I only received it 2 months after my order date!!! Finally decided to have the extensions put in and all the glue from the tape ins mixed with all my hair and caused such a mess and matt that my hair had to be shaved off!!!! Terrible product and even worse customer service!!! Last bad review they got they messaged all their clients telling them to give a good review to counteract the bad one and offered everyone free stuff in return!! I have the evidence!!!
