Ordered a new 10000 watt inverta
LoopOrdered a new 10000 watt inverta . Received a used inverter with 12 hours and all factory settings changed. Tried to contact customer support they are no good never reply . Do not buy NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT HORRIBLE COMPANY . I have contacted powmr customer service 6 times in last 3 days they have my info . No 1 answers back . What a joke asking for my email . WORST SOLAR COMPANY AROUND DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRETE IT . Just go to there web site and see if ya get anyone to answer chats . I have 3 started with no replies. After reply from below . The distribitor has not contacted me back . They are not sending a new unit . They dont care .I am still not getting any customer support. Ghosted by all parties . Buy anything but powmr. They will ghost you . Very Dissatisfied . Ok the Distributor and I went back and forth on this . At last minute they offered a partial refund and I stopped the return. It was at the end of 90 day return window. Only to get ghosted after that .Needless to say I didn'tget what they offered. The rep from powmr sent 1 email I sent him 11 with no reply . Please Do not purchase worst experience ever
