I have been using this PowMr hybrid inverter for over 2 years, and I am very satisfied with its performance and reliability. This inverter is very practical because it comes with a built-in 120A MPPT solar charge controller. Simply connect it to a 48V battery system, and it converts DC power into 220V AC power for household use. When connected to solar panels, it can also charge the batteries directly. This all-in-one design makes solar power system installation much simpler, more efficient, and easier to operate. After more than 2 years of continuous use, I have experienced no significant problems. The only maintenance required is regular cleaning of the air filters to ensure proper cooling and optimal performance. Great first impressions of PowMr and their 13.2kW inverter

I've had a great experience with PowMr and their 13.2kW all-in-one solar inverter. So far, I've installed 5,430W of solar panels divided into two strings, and everything is working perfectly. The inverter performs really well, and I'm very happy with the results. My next step is to add a 48V battery to make the most of the solar production and increase my energy independence. The PowMr team, especially Leon, has been very helpful and responsive throughout the process. Overall, a great first experience with this solar system!

Paid in full, never shipped, refund promised then ignored

Ordered a 100AH 24V lithium battery (order #PowMr EU1008) on eu.powmr.com on 20 August 2026 and paid €264.17 in full via PayPal (transaction 2E9886829L781354T) to Shenzhen Hehejin Industrial Co., Ltd. The goods were never shipped, no tracking number was ever provided. Their sales rep "Francis" (WhatsApp, signs as "Frencis Yuan, PowMr Team") wrote on 27 Aug: "there is currently no stock available for shipment", and later: "We are currently unable to ship to your address, and we cannot guarantee stock for the October shipment." On 27 Sep he promised a refund "around September 30". The deadline passed, no refund. Their own Shopify admin screenshot shows the order as Paid €264.17 with both line items removed ("Removed (2)", "Fulfillment not required") and a timeline entry "Unable to refund €264.17 EUR". The rep then conditioned the refund on me withdrawing my bank dispute: "if you close the dispute, we will process the refund." A formal 7-day refund demand sent to support powmr with the full evidence pack was ignored. How to improve: honour paid orders or refund them promptly, and stop making refunds conditional on customers dropping their chargeback rights.

System did not work for 1 minute needs to be replaced to.make me happy!I HAVE BEEN INSTALLING SOLAR FOR 10 YEARS THIS HAS ONLY HAPPEN ONCE BEFORE! NEED TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM THE SHIPPER MY HAVE BROKE THIS UNIT!

The 45A MPPT Solar Charger is doing great

The 45A MPPT Solar Charger is doing great. After few weeks testing the 45A solar charger with both 24V battery (LFP 8S - 50AH) and 12V battery (lead-acid 12V-60AH), I can say the product is a good choice for price & performance. I also tested the charger with DC power supply to measure the max power. With a ~ 800W DC PSU, I was able to draw 830W out of the charger. Will do further testing and update if there is any.

My experience with PowMr after-sales…

My experience with PowMr after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a PowMr inverter in May 2026. It was installed in June and initially worked as expected, but after approximately three months it suddenly failed with Fault 08. That is when the real problem started. I contacted PowMr and cooperated with virtually everything they asked me to do. I provided detailed information about my installation, completed their technical failure form, sent numerous photos, and even opened the inverter at their request to inspect the internal components for visible damage. Instead of receiving a clear warranty solution, I was repeatedly asked for more information or to repeat information I had already provided. At one point, after I had already uploaded the completed failure form through the AliExpress chat, I was told they could not view it and was asked to send it via WeTransfer. They only provided the general WeTransfer website, without a recipient email address or specific upload link. This process went on for weeks and took a completely unreasonable amount of my time and energy. Eventually, I stopped trying to resolve the issue directly with PowMr and contacted AliExpress customer service myself. After I opened a dispute through AliExpress, PowMr contacted me asking me to cancel the dispute. I refused because the warranty issue had still not been resolved. AliExpress ultimately handled the case. I was able to return the defective inverter to an address in the Netherlands, although this cost me €22.50 in return shipping. My refund has now been approved and is being processed. My main criticism is the after-sales and warranty support. When a product fails after only about three months, a customer should not have to spend weeks repeatedly providing information, filling out forms, taking photographs and even opening the product to inspect its electronics before receiving a concrete warranty solution. I cannot say whether this process was caused by poor communication, poor organization or deliberate delay. I can only describe my experience: getting a warranty solution directly from PowMr was unnecessarily difficult and exhausting. In the end, I had to involve AliExpress to get the matter resolved. If you buy from PowMr, I strongly recommend keeping screenshots of the original listing and saving every message, photo and document in case you ever need to make a warranty claim. Update: Following my Trustpilot review, PowMr contacted me personally, apologized for the poor support and promised to improve their customer service. They also offered a discount on a future purchase. I appreciate their response and the fact that communication has now improved significantly. I also feel more confident that I can reach them if I experience problems with my current inverter 12Kw/48v which is great. My original review still reflects my experience, but I believe it’s only fair to acknowledge this positive development.

No Support, no help, no resolution

So I have been dealing with support for roughly 6 weeks and the only way to get results seems to be posting a bad review?? My all-in-one solar inverter was broken when it arrived, took a bad review to get help and they walked me through trouble shooting then agreed it was broken and send contact my salesman for a refund(see below). I dont have a salesman I bought it directly from their website and support should include sending the refund!!! So I'm posting a bad review again because it is still not fixed. I will continue posting bad reviews every week and start spreading to other review sites until I get a full refund, They need much better support! PowMr, I think you may have a decent product but the one I got was defective and my experiance after that is so bad I will not buy from you again. You should take time to look at our systems of reports that failed to reply to 3 website request and then took 2 support emails with no final resolution. You have a great website problem reporting form but if nobody replies its worthless. Several bad interections like this will undo 1000s of good transactions so you need to fix these issues.

The 10 kW solar inverter was delivered…

The 10 kW PowMR Relab 10kW low-fequency solar inverter was delivered slightly dented and lightly scratched, it never reached the stated MPPT performance, MPPT charge controllers degraded and overheated slightly, then the whole inverter output died completely within 15 months of light usage! Completely unacceptable from beginning to short end. I tried contacting them every day for a week on Lazada/AliExpress but they just said that they were busy so they never provided repair information. I bought two standalone charge controllers from powmr and they also blew up and died within 6-months. Terrible unreliable and unrepairable so unacceptable! I was forced by trustpilot to provide all my personal data or my review would be removed then powMr went to lazada.com and removed all my communications history - unbelievable hiding all records ! Why do they not just sell reliable goods or offer support when they fail ?

I need instructions on making my 5k…

I need instructions on making my RELAB 5KU system communicate with this powmr wifi module. It shows connected but shows no information. Is there a field in the panel programming to tell it to communicate with this device? Editing this is the only method I can find to respond to the response from POWMR

6.5k allinone Inverter brick, no customer support

Bought the 6.5k allinone Inverter, solar controller, and grid tie. The unit never worked properly, ok that happens. Submit 3 help request over 10day to the website contact us. Its a very good website that requires product photos, order proof, and even has vedio option which I submitted all of them. Then I replied to the contact us email that comes when you submit to the website adn got a reply in 24hrs. Complained about no contact and asked for a refund or replacement. They have not replied back in 7 days and 2 more emails. I know they are a real company but I would say they act more like a scam in my dealings. Update: They replied quick to this review but then days between email. Gave me instructions on a piece to unplug and then reconnect that did not fix the issue. I was told to contact my sales agent with the email to start the refund. Its a website buy so no agent and still waiting for info the refund is even started. Still not happy or resolved 6 weeks later.

Defective inverter received

I got the inverter I requested, but it came defective (internal components out of place), most likely because the transportation process.I contacted the support team, filled the form through the website with evidence , then they contacted me and provide solution to the issue. I’m very satisfied with the product and customer attention.

It remarkable system to have

I received my PowMr MPPT 60A Solar Charge Controller. It supports my solar system, which has 6 panels attached to the controller. Battery life is good, and the Wi-Fi connection is good as well. Instruction is really good in quality and offers more value for your money. The Compatibility is excellent, it boosts 12 panels for your solar system. It is vey functionality. I love this system, no more light bill.
