Paid in full, never shipped, refund promised then ignored
Ordered a 100AH 24V lithium battery (order #PowMr EU1008) on eu.powmr.com on 20 August 2026 and paid €264.17 in full via PayPal (transaction 2E9886829L781354T) to Shenzhen Hehejin Industrial Co., Ltd. The goods were never shipped, no tracking number was ever provided. Their sales rep "Francis" (WhatsApp, signs as "Frencis Yuan, PowMr Team") wrote on 27 Aug: "there is currently no stock available for shipment", and later: "We are currently unable to ship to your address, and we cannot guarantee stock for the October shipment." On 27 Sep he promised a refund "around September 30". The deadline passed, no refund. Their own Shopify admin screenshot shows the order as Paid €264.17 with both line items removed ("Removed (2)", "Fulfillment not required") and a timeline entry "Unable to refund €264.17 EUR". The rep then conditioned the refund on me withdrawing my bank dispute: "if you close the dispute, we will process the refund." A formal 7-day refund demand sent to support powmr with the full evidence pack was ignored. How to improve: honour paid orders or refund them promptly, and stop making refunds conditional on customers dropping their chargeback rights.
