Smooth and easy process. However I gave you 3 stars because nowhere in my interaction with Mr. Barber did he mention anything about his fee ($1500) which was taken out of the loan amount. Big suprise to me when I found out. Be sure to ask how much the agent helping you is getting so you are not suprised at the end like I was.
