For a first time coin buyer that doesn’t know how it works, the customer service agent I spoke with was so very helpful and kind and walked me through the whole setting up the account process and payment options and made my purchase a very positive and pleasurable experience. She even gave me her name and told me to call back and ask for her if I have any other questions or concerns. I got my Maplegram25 at an excellent price and have been made to feel very confident that with the insurance on my shipment that I’ll receive it just fine.
