Nero - Support Rep Thank You!
Nero was my support rep. They answered all my questions and really took the time to make sure I knew what to do. I'm now confident I can run the entire process myself. Side note, I was really surprised that I got support so quickly. I'm sure they have off hours, but they replied back to my message for help within a couple minutes. Pretty crazy.
