Your sales department is top notch
Your sales department is top notch. No high pressure sales was refreshing compared to your competitors. Your service department was about as unprofessional as it gets. I brought the motor home back after one use and had to wait over 4 weeks to get it back! Apparently your tech had no experience working on slides. Four different times I was told Mike would call me back. He never did. I went back in person twice to check on my motor home...same old song and dance " we have 6 techs doing the work of 20". I left the company manager a nice voice mail but apparently he couldn't be bothered to return my call either. Bottom line, Broadmoor you suck and will never get another dime from me!
