Ads are deceptive
Laser engraved pictures look nothing like ads. I can’t even tell what they are because they just reflect light. I haven’t worn this locker yet and it wouldn’t close shut after opening it. Guess I need warranty service before I even wear it. I’ve already returned it once because picture was wrong. So disappointing, I got the engraving & birthstone because I wanted to make it special for my loved one I am grieving, so I spent $300. The engraving is so small I can’t read it. Major bummer, wish I could get refund. I see the company made a statement saying it was repaired and sent back. It was repaired but the picture is not like the one I sent & the other picture reflects so much light I can’t see what it is. In addition, the locket won’t stay shut. It just pops back open.
