Horrible customer support
Horrible customer support. Plugin is not for doctors or coaches. It's geared for hotel booking. The interface has not been updated and the developer is not making any changes. They do not tell you that you will have to do some tweaking with the code to get it to work with appointment service websites. If you download, make sure NOT to use the program otherwise they will rudely refuse all refund requests. The person that responded to me, (one of the developers) told me to sell it if I could not use it!!!!! How's that for integrity and professionalism. Update: refer to support ticket (67731). This review is written on behalf of business partner who prefers to remain private. The support ticket will verify the emails which we have saved as receipts. The motopress rep who responded (E.W.) can also verify the support request info.
