Charged card, no reservation
Bought hotel room through them, card was charged but got no email from them. Called the next day and they said best they could do is to call me back in 24-48 hours to let me know if booking even happened. Meanwhile I have a £800+ charge and no clue if we have a a hotel. My wife has a visa appointment tomorrow which requires booking confirmation so this is incredibly stressful. Avoid and just use booking.com instead
