Tech Support Slam Dunk
Our organization has been with Hostek for years. While they have had their ups and downs with tech support my latest experience was positive. During a configuration snafu on our own part our website refused to start. Our entire eCommerce site was down. I placed a support ticket. Hassan picked up the ticket and quickly answered, fixed, and closed the case. Great communications.
