All orders I've placed have been excellent on ordering, shipping, tracking, all have been great replying to questions, technical support is very helpful. BUT,,this time shipping seems to have issues. Nowhere was there notification that the second half of delivery had to be signed for. Now I'm forsed to waste a whole day waiting for second try at delivery from a non FedEx (contracted) driver that didn't even knock. Stuck sticker and left. FedEx has been impossible to communicate with. Not happy.
