You get better quality from AliExpress. Followed instructions for return as soon as I received and opened the package. They mention you need to email them. I’ve now emailed them twice and it’s been nearly 3 weeks without a response. Absolute ripoff. Hopefully this way the company will take my request for a return & refund seriously.
