Good coach, good ad execution - but the model wasn't built for a solo operator, and nobody flagged that.
I invested $11,000 with Closers.io plus ran $6,775.94 in Facebook ad spend over about 2.5 months. Result: 62 leads/applications, 24 bookings, 6 live calls, 0 sales. Total cost of the experiment: $17,775.94, zero return. What was good: my coach gave genuinely useful feedback on the sales calls I did have, and the ad team hit their own internal performance benchmarks - the creative and targeting were competent by their own standards. What wasn't good: the model assumes the business behind it can respond to leads within minutes and has the bandwidth to fight for a low show rate. I'm a solo coach with a busy in-person client load - I sleep, I coach, I don't have a setter team. That mismatch should have been a disqualifying question before I signed, not something I discovered by living it for two and a half months. When I raised low show rates, the answer was "make it worth their time to show up" (lead magnets, bonuses) - useful advice, but it came after the check cleared, not before. The bigger miss: I run my CRM on Go High Level, which has built-in tools for exactly this problem - automated missed-call text-back, follow-up sequences, even AI answering. Nobody on their side ever looked at my stack or flagged that gap. If you're selling a program built on "respond fast or lose the lead," auditing whether the client can actually do that seems like it should be part of onboarding. Bottom line: if you already have a team that can respond to leads in minutes, the ad execution and sales training here are legitimately solid. If you're a solo operator, ask them directly - before you pay - whether your business is actually built to run this model. Mine wasn't, and that question never got asked. 3/5.
