What people say

I would give zero stars if it allowed…

I would give zero stars if it allowed it. The 5 star reviews are likely by them. Or maybe by salespeople they trained. They branched into DFY services and they are the worst I've seen and I've been involved in Internet Marketing since the late 90's. They are scammers and pathetic.

$12K paid, Zero ROI, Zero Refund

I responded to a Closers.io ad promising they would “install one closer into your business and help you scale.” I didn’t realize I was signing up for a coaching program where nothing is done for you. It was a hard sell with massive promises upfront. My up front sales person said my high ticket offer was solid and would be pulling in major cash within a few weeks, no problem. In reality, this program is online courses and coaching. You do all the work: becoming your own tech, marketer, salesperson, video producer/editor, closer, and appointment setter. As a solopreneur, it was extremely time-consuming. They may help connect you with a hired closer after you’ve built everything yourself. I spent $12K on their program + another $7K on ads. The leads were garbage and delivered zero ROI. I followed every step they recommended. Worse, they charged my card $6K without authorization, which caused an overdraft. Their response was essentially “sorry bro.” The coaches kept pumping me up with “You’re gonna kill it with this ad, man” — classic hopium. After going $20K in the hole, I requested a refund. They slow-rolled me for two entire months, never dealing with me respectfully or professionally Throughout this program I kept a positive attitude. I did all the work. I showed up at the tech support meetings. I reported my progress. I shot and reshot videos. I did everything I was asked to do in a timely manner. If I could do it over: I would never buy this program. Instead, I’d hire a legitimate marketing/media team to build my brand, create a real online presence, and generate high-quality, aligned leads. Be cautious. Their people bragged openly about how many millions of dollars their company is worth on a yearly basis, then acted like a refund for a completely failed case was more than they could handle. UPDATE 4/22/26: With zero communication, Closers.io kicked me out of their whole system after seeing this review. No refund, no respect, no communication, no professionalism. Unbelievable! 2nd UPDATE 4/28/26 And 5/5/26: Yegor is asking me to remove this review before he has a discussion about a refund with me. (Yes, it's in writing!) 3rd UPDATE 5/23/26: It's come to my attn that Closers is telling people reviews like mine are fake. I'm not fake. Google me! 4th UPDATE 6/8/26: Rather than be professionals and engage in productive resolution of this issue, Closers.io has decided to block me from their social media. In my opinion, once again demonstrating a lack of the most basic skills in business… respect. 5th UPDATE 6/11/26: All of a sudden out of absolutely nowhere, several brand new 5 star Trustpilot reviews appear, completely unprompted. Guys... Just contact me and deal with this and stop playing games. 6th UPDATE 6/15/26: 15 brand new 5-star reviews in the past 5 days for Closers.io. It's a Christmas miracle for Closers.io! 7th UPDATE 6/17/26: What a goose, Cole. Those 1 star reviews keep coming even through the sudden burst of brand new 5 star reviews. I have direct conversations with my customers when they're not satisfied. It's a good practice. 8th UPDATE 6/23/26: Received an email from Trustpilot that Closers.io needs "more details to better understand your experience." and that "If we don’t hear from you, the company may not be able to recognize your review as genuine." This company knows exactly who I am and instead of dealing with me directly, this is how they choose to operate. 9th UPDATE 6/30/26: Buyer beware: Closers.io appears to systematically remove negative Trustpilot reviews by disputing them as defamatory or fake. Critical reviews often disappear unless reviewers closely monitor their emails and actively contest the disputes. Many legitimate complaints from dissatisfied customers have been suppressed this way. I have email proof and so do others. 10th UPDATE 7/11/26: Closers.io lied to Trustpilot and claimed I wasn't a real customer of their business in order to have my review removed from Trustpilot. I will continue to keep this review up on Trustpilot and I'm willing to provide all documentation to Trustpilot that my experience is REAL. Do you really want to give your money to a business that behaves this way??? 11th Update 8/6/26: Closers.io lied again and had my review removed. My email said: “As stated in our guidelines, we don't allow reviewers to post reviews on Trustpilot if they're closely associated with, work for, or are in competition with the company they're reviewing.” More slimeball tricks by Closers.io.

Good coach, good ad execution - but the model wasn't built for a solo operator, and nobody flagged that.

I invested $11,000 with Closers.io plus ran $6,775.94 in Facebook ad spend over about 2.5 months. Result: 62 leads/applications, 24 bookings, 6 live calls, 0 sales. Total cost of the experiment: $17,775.94, zero return. What was good: my coach gave genuinely useful feedback on the sales calls I did have, and the ad team hit their own internal performance benchmarks - the creative and targeting were competent by their own standards. What wasn't good: the model assumes the business behind it can respond to leads within minutes and has the bandwidth to fight for a low show rate. I'm a solo coach with a busy in-person client load - I sleep, I coach, I don't have a setter team. That mismatch should have been a disqualifying question before I signed, not something I discovered by living it for two and a half months. When I raised low show rates, the answer was "make it worth their time to show up" (lead magnets, bonuses) - useful advice, but it came after the check cleared, not before. The bigger miss: I run my CRM on Go High Level, which has built-in tools for exactly this problem - automated missed-call text-back, follow-up sequences, even AI answering. Nobody on their side ever looked at my stack or flagged that gap. If you're selling a program built on "respond fast or lose the lead," auditing whether the client can actually do that seems like it should be part of onboarding. Bottom line: if you already have a team that can respond to leads in minutes, the ad execution and sales training here are legitimately solid. If you're a solo operator, ask them directly - before you pay - whether your business is actually built to run this model. Mine wasn't, and that question never got asked. 3/5.

Regret enrolling in STA (will change this review if STA finally communicates with me...)

I am very disappointed that, despite multiple attempts to communicate with Yegor about my refund request, STA has completely stopped responding to me. ...let alone followed through with a clear response regarding the money-back guarantee... The program was supportive overall, and the money-back guarantee was a major factor in my decision. It is pretty clear that I qualify for the guarantee and submitted my refund request. However, it has now been about four months, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any response from them/Yegor. My concern is simple: a money-back guarantee was agreed upon, I believe the requirements were met, had a meeting with Yegor and still have not received a response. If this matter is resolved appropriately, I will gladly update this review.

Closers.io is a scam

My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing and, after nearly eight months, remains unresolved. I invested $12,000 in their program and, based on their direct guidance, spent an additional $3,000+ on advertising. I was repeatedly encouraged to trust their strategy, even when it differed significantly from the direction I originally wanted to pursue. Unfortunately, the results did not justify the investment. The leads generated were poor quality, there was no meaningful return on the advertising spend, and communication became increasingly difficult. Messages went unanswered for extended periods, commitments were made without follow-through, and eventually I was told that a refund would be issued. That refund was never completed. Most recently, while I was still attempting to resolve the matter, I discovered that I had been removed from both Slack and Skool, eliminating my access to resources associated with the program I paid $12,000 to participate in. That was particularly troubling because the financial dispute remains unresolved. Throughout this process, I have retained extensive documentation, including emails, Slack conversations, messages, commitments, and other correspondence spanning the duration of my experience. I have made repeated efforts to address this matter privately and professionally. What I have wanted from the beginning is simply accountability, appropriate follow-through, and a fair resolution. At this point, I am requesting a full refund of my $12,000 investment. For me, the greatest concern is not simply that the program failed to produce the expected results. Business strategies do not always work. My concern is the pattern that followed: poor communication, commitments that were not honored, an unresolved refund promise, and ultimately losing access to paid resources while the dispute was still ongoing. I sincerely hope the company, including its ownership, takes these concerns seriously and chooses to resolve this matter appropriately.

The rare program that delivers on both coaching and recruiting

We're a repeat client. Our agency first worked with Closers.io back in 2022, and when it came time to level up our sales organization again, re-signing was an easy call. That should tell you something on its own. I came in as a newer Director of Sales looking for two things: real management development and recruiting support across multiple roles. They delivered on both. Jake has been my account manager and main point of contact, and the difference between his coaching and the generic sales advice you find everywhere else is night and day. He digs into the actual infrastructure. Accountability systems, EOD reporting, call review cadence, comp structure. He asks for your real numbers and your real recordings, then coaches off what's actually happening instead of theory. On the recruiting side, they took the time to understand our offer and who succeeds in it. Candidates showed up pre-vetted and matched to our sale, not just warm bodies from a pool. If you're an operator trying to build a sales team that runs without you on every call, this is the room to be in. Five stars, no hesitation.

The best of the best for sales teams

I've been working with Closers, specifically Ashley Crooks, my account manager, since the start of 2026 - it’s been world class. We’ve increased our sales conversion rate on paid advertising specifically from the low teens to the high 20s % wise. Ashley from Closers is the best of the best when it comes to sales team management, sales process, and running a really effective sales team. I've learned a lot from Ashley, and he's been invaluable in helping recruit, train, and retain superstar talent. We've recruited one closer and one setter in the past six months who hit KPI immediately and have become top performers in the team. Very happy with the service - Ashley is on tap 24/7 (weekends included) for assistance and guidance - and treats the business performance like his own. I'm looking forward to renewing and continuing my relationship with Ashley and Closers. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to build a strong sales team!

Watch out these people are scammers

Watch out these people are excellent at selling their thing, not at delivering. I spent close to $15k with them, to be insulted: "you are not Tony Robbins" and then suggested I build a whole new not validated offer because that was "the smart thing to do" and I spent weeks rebuilding, reworking my offer, content and messaging all to get nothing of substance. They had the guts to say past the 3.5 months "We can't work with you for free so we have to part ways unless you want to pay $18k more." They were supposed to know what they are doing and I didn't even get one lead. The worse program, run away!

Closers Experience

My experience thus far with closers has been absolutely incredible. The value of the skool training alone has allowed us to refine our offer into a more sustainable price point and doubled our profitability. Furthermore, working with our account Manager Jake Hare he's consistently gone above and beyond to assist with ad creation, helping to write our script, refine our overall product fulfillment, etc. Thus far we've created a pipeline of over $500k in proposals we've sent out in the past 45 days and we're on the path over the next 12 months to scale to $100k MRR. We haven't even added on closers to the team yet that we've already pre-paid for but we're continuing to grow weekly with the SOP's, processes, and training.

Weeklys with Jet

It's bittersweet catching up with Jet Weekly, his no BS attitude highlights the parts that need sharpening, authenticity and cold data is what is promoted and fostered ! Week after week, improvment after improvement. The reality of growth can be slightly uncomfortable. I need to step out of my own way!

15k MRR to 40k MRR in 2 months

I came into the Closers.io program stuck at $15k/month and honestly a little skeptical. What changed everything was my account manager, Riz. He didn't just hand me a playbook and disappear he actually guided me, kept me accountable, and pushed me. The biggest thing wasn't even a tactic, it was a mindset shift. I stopped playing small and waiting for things to feel "ready." Riz got me to operate like the business I wanted to become instead of the one I was stuck in. Moving with urgency, and trusting the process instead of second-guessing every move. Once that clicked, everything else followed. The results speak for themselves. Within 2 months my MRR went from $15k to $40k. That's life-changing money, but the skills and the new way of thinking are what I'll carry for the rest of my career. Riz genuinely cares about his clients' success and it shows. I'm 100% all in and will keep working with the Closers team. Next goal: $100k MRR

C’mon folks… this is a must for anyone…

C’mon folks… this is a must for anyone looking for recruiting help and deeper business knowledge. I’ve been lucky a few times in my short career, and I definitely got lucky meeting Temple and the team here. For some background, I first learned from Cole through his B2C offer years ago, then worked my way toward starting my own offer and I learned how to do that in part because of Cole and the STA team as well. This organization and team have been pivotal for my growth. We even have a closer at 47% because of Temple’s help and recruiting support. One of the biggest insights you’ll get is seeing the inside of the organization: the talent, culture, and collective knowledge. They’ve really created something wonderful here. Awesome for understanding sales, leadership, marketing, offers, and recruiting.

As a functional medicine practitioner

As a functional medicine practitioner, I was looking for support to generate and scale my business, and Closer.io has been the perfect fit. I love that it’s a true done-for-you service while also providing personalized education along the way. What stood out most was having a dedicated account manager. Anthony has been fantastic to work with. I’ve invested in other programs where you’re simply placed into group calls, but that hasn’t been my experience here. Anthony's communication has been outstanding, his team is incredibly knowledgeable, and he took the time to deeply understand my business, analyze my competitors, explain the strategy behind their recommendations, and even helped me confidently raise my prices. Another feature that really intrigued me is that as your business grows, their services grow with you. When you’re ready, they provide highly trained, skilled sales closers who can step into your business, making it easy to scale without having to build that infrastructure yourself. With their guidance, I closed 3 out of my last 4 sales calls. I highly recommend Closer.io to anyone looking to grow their business with expert support and a truly personalized approach.

Rebuilt my sales process and funnel, and actually delivered

I run an AI automation company and came to Closers to fix how I sell and how I bring in leads. They went way past what I expected. Anthony Del Rio has been my main guy and he has been excellent. He is responsive, straight with me, and genuinely invested in me winning, not just checking a box. The biggest thing for me was the sales side. They rewrote my entire sales process from the ground up, the call flow, the framing, the way I present the offer, and I walk into calls a lot more confident now. On top of that they built my paid ad funnel done for you, the ad copy, video scripts, and the full application funnel, so I was not left to figure it out alone. If you actually do the work they lay out, the value is there. Ask for Anthony Del Rio.

Skeptical to Grateful

I’m leaving a review because Closers.io deserves it. I scoured this page when trying to make a decision on pulling the trigger because hey, it’s a solid investment as a solopreneur. But man, I’m so glad I took the leap and invested in myself. The teaching and content in their community is class. It’s revolutionized how I sell, and I’ve honestly learned sooo much about myself and what I thought was possible. Their expertises allowed me to raise prices already by up to 4x what I was selling at months ago. This means I’m spending less time on fulfillment and burning out way less. Their expertises allowed me to finally get my business to a point where I can be hopeful for the future and see an exit where I’m no longer the most important piece. Anthony Rios my account manager is a boss, always come at me with great ideas and is helping me take the business to new heights. Cole Gordon really knows his stuff and I’m enjoying the content. Honestly, the past month has already shown me this was the right investment for me and my business and I can’t wait to see what the next one brings.
