I’ve been working with Closers for the past six months, and overall I’ve had a very positive experience. I’m sharing my experience with Closers.io so other small business owners understand what they may be stepping into. Unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, expensive, and far from what was promised.
Initial Outreach & Promises
Someone from Closers.io reached out to me on LinkedIn for an interview. I still have not seen the final product. After the interview, they asked about my pricing and encouraged me to charge more. As a nutritionist offering high‑ticket programs, this sounded promising.
Their sales representative, Ammar, told me confidently that I could be earning $10K per month within 3 months of joining their program. The cost was $12,000, plus additional Facebook marketing expenses. Based on this pitch, I believed I would receive hands‑on support to refine and grow my high‑ticket offer.
What Actually Happened
Support Is Mainly Through Messaging
Once I joined, I realized the program relies heavily on videos, where you’re expected to ask watch content, and follow instructions. Most of the “support” comes from:

There is no real technical support, no live walkthroughs, and no hands‑on help with the complicated setup they expect you to complete. It was a frustrating experience and as I am not tech savy it took me longer to complete the process and caused more stress than I anticipated.

The experience has been world class working with the team. From initial call to truly understanding my business and what I need help most with, to aligning my expectations, a seamless onboarding, and super clear instructions of specifically what I need to do to get traction - my confidence has only gone up that this was an amazing decision. Shoutout to Mo and Liz, both have done an amazing job understanding exactly what I need and how to help get me to my goals. They’re super clear, best practices are easy to understand, and better than anything they’re very direct in what I need to do, which helps me get out of my own way. I’m super excited not just for what we’re already accomplishing but what I’ll be able to accomplish with the Closers team long term as well.
Sales Coaching Company that use fake claims to close sales
Somebody needs to tell the sales team what this company actually delivers because it is not what they are selling.
The so called “done for you” funnel was nothing more than AI generated ads that were poorly edited. The GoHighLevel funnel was extremely basic and, to this day, still does not function properly.
It is clear that they are taking on far too many clients and simply cannot deliver at the level they promise.
It took weeks to get my ads launched, and when they finally went live, the quality looked like something that had been rushed together with little attention to detail or care.
I could have accepted that if what was ultimately produced had actually worked.
They constantly tell you to follow their process exactly as taught. I did. I called every lead the same day. I followed up by email and text message. I took calls from the few people who actually showed up. I used the sales script my account manager provided and assured me would close sales.
The reality was very different.
Most of the leads were spam and not even real people. The few that were legitimate were nowhere near my ideal client profile.
I spent over $5,000 on advertising because I was repeatedly told during ad review calls that there was not enough data yet and that the campaigns needed more time to “kick in.”
What was the result?
“Let’s try a new angle. This one isn’t working.”
Think about that for a moment.
I paid experts to tell me what offer to run. They wrote the ads. They built the funnel. They created the sales script. After paying $12,000 for the program and another $5,000 in ad spend, the solution was simply to try a different angle.
To make matters worse, my 12 week program ended and my account manager immediately tried to sell me into a $26,000 continuation program.

Closers is exactly what I needed for my business to grow
I was paired with Anthony as my Account Manager, alongside Pat as my copyrighter. Not only have they put together my entire pipeline and getting me consistent leads, the sales training from Anthony and real-time mentorship has been unmatched.
It's been about two months of working with them and I'm genuinely excited for the next month to see our revenue grow.
Stay far away from Closers.io and their Sales Team Accelerator. They talk a big game about growth, but the actual contract they try to pull is a legal nightmare. They attempted to stick us with a $15,000 "liquidated damages" clause for simple payment disputes, while simultaneously capping their own liability at $10k.
On top of the aggressive penalties, there were zero defined delivery dates for their "Done-For-You" services. It's clearly designed to take your $12k upfront and leave you with no recourse if they don't perform. We had to terminate the agreement and fight to get our deposit back based on their own refund policy. Total "guru-style" shakedown—find a partner that actually cares about fair business terms.
I booked a call after seeing an ad that spoke to the challenges I was experiencing. I had practically given up on improving my sales technique because the training I had invested in was not very good, and I believed I was just bad at it. What I didn't realize was that I'd never had great training, and that one distinction changed everything.
Cole Gordon is the real deal. His course and videos are so good that now I watch them for pure enjoyment and reinforcement, which is something I absolutely could not have predicted when I first joined. I used to dread sales calls, and now I look forward to them. If you can relate to what I’m saying, you know how significant that shift is.
The team Cole has built is an impressive crew of subject matter experts running daily calls. They’re sharp, deeply knowledgeable in their areas, and invested in your results. They also don’t rush your call, and they personally connect with your account manager to relay what was discussed when necessary. I really like that.
And then there's Matej Perisa.
I don't say this lightly; Matej is a big reason I'm where I am today. From our very first onboarding call, he understood my offer, my business, and what I needed to move forward. He sees my squirrel brain at times jump to something unrelated and redirects my focus to where it should be. He’s like a partner in my business and invested in my success. He created a clear path and walked it with me every step of the way. He's never steered me wrong, never given me advice I had to second-guess, and never made me feel like my investment was a mistake. He's thoughtful, on top of everything, and the kind of account manager you hope you get but don't expect. As a solopreneur, that’s significant to me.
I've paid double and triple the Closers fee to other programs and got virtually nothing in return, including minimal results, zero personal attention, and no genuine interest in my success. The difference here is night and day.
Their commitment to client results is unmatched, and I've never once had reason to question it. My results ultimately come from how I show up and do the work, but there's no question that they show up for me, every single time.
Sue managed our team for a month and it was great. Super fast response times, great leadership on team calls, training and accountability. Could not have asked for a better interim manager.
