Scamming business practices
Scamming business practices, false advertising no customer service they will charge your card!! The price of the first three months and said overnight shipping, but it took almost a week. They said someone would contact you in 24 hours but no one did. It’s so confusing trying to text the doctor but then they sent customer service messages through the doctor chat and then expect you to send technicality grievances to their email. This is a scam. They kept trying to charge my card even though my bank was flagging them for fraud and I didn’t not give them permission to charge it again after I went one month with no results but ended up paying $197 just to poke myself three times a month and see no results from It. They don’t even have a direct customer service line to talk to someone directly. It always sent you other email and I’ve already sent like three emails discussing my situation and they couldn’t care less. This whole business is a scam and it’s disgusting and I’ve never had such a worse experience trying to get semi glue tide in my life. I really wish I just never went with this company. I would’ve gone somewhere cheaper with better customer service like I have in the past this was not worth it whatsoever.
