Attempted to set up payment process…
Attempted to set up payment process with PLAID and it did not process system acknowledge bank but became stuck in a loop when attempting to check out PLAID never appeared on my account spoke to Kitco twice on the phone customer service people were polite and gave a ernest effort to resolve the issue but did not .. I acknoledge I may have been the issue in the intial set-up of linking Kitco, Plaid and Bank ended up overnight check this am....additional cost
