Very very very slow
Very very very slow. I have made purchases from them several times. This is the general sentiment. If you purchase from them, there is an incessant need to constantly check if the order has gone through as the purchase can be more than 24 hours before you receive your in game purchased items. Furthermore, whenever you look for them for support due to such issues and others such as asking them to add new purchase packs. It is almost as if you cannot trust them to send the item to you unless you hound them.
