Amazing Customer service
I was concerned with my HexClad getting far too sticky and not being able to clean it, after using it for just a few month. I contacted the customer service, and 4 separate agents communicated with me. Dominiq M, Cole S, Deivid and Hazel, and all were impressively courteous. I am just taken aback with how good the agents were, respectful, helpful and understanding. They sent me a replacement and also shared instructions on how to take care of HexClad pans. Thank you for having such high standards. Your pans are worth every bit of what these cost. A suggestion: (I got a 7 piece set at Costco), if there could be a postcard sized instruction on how to care for these pans, which the salespeople could not just hand it to the buying customers, but also stress the importance of following the instructions, there should be far fewer buyers that will have the experience I did. With my work schedule (medical), I simply did not read any instructions, depending on the reputation, and boy, was I wrong. Thank you very much for the product and the service.
