False advertising
Baltini states on their website that you will receive your order within 3-5 days which is NOT true. Do not count on their timing as your order will probably leave you stranded and will not arrive if you do have an event. On top of that even if you do email them for promptness and reassurance of your order, they assure you but then do not update you for days about your order and then blame it on a supposed ‘error’, then your order gets cancelled. You’re better off shopping on another website. Really upset and disheartened by my experiences with baltini. I had super high hopes but was very disappointed 😭
