Sorta Good customer service
Update: I'm still inside the 24 hour period granted to evaluate EaseUS, however it appears my trial period ended at midnight last night. EaseUS is very good, and their web help is very helpful. But when CS doesn't honor the deal, I'm out. I find it deceiving to issue a "trial" version that will do little, if anything. Not really a trial. I read that Macrium gives a 30 day trial period. Hopefully it will do what I need. Previous: Good customer service Chatted with Cary, who explained the "trial" version is not a trial but actually just a preview. However, Cary graciously gave me a 24 hour code to try out the partitioning features. EaseUs has rave reviews, I'm excited to accomplish a particularly hard task. I think EaseUS will do it.
