I am amazed this company has such good reviews it actually makes me now trust trustpilot way less. I have called drive mate 18 times over the last 8 weeks and everytime they said they would call me back but never do. I am still waiting for a lockbox from them. I am currently renting a van with keys in the van that people can collect so have to risk someone stealing my car before every rental.
