**Serious Warning to Potential Customers:** I want to share a serious warning about this company. Please do not purchase anything from them. I spent £400, and what I received was not what I expected—a cheap plastic hairpiece instead of the quality product advertised. When I contacted the company to request a refund, they instructed me to send the item back. I complied and also provided them with the tracking number. However, once they received the hairpiece, they stopped responding. Despite my attempts to follow up, they refused to provide any refund or exchange. Instead, they demanded more money to change the hair. Now, they have completely ceased communication. I suspect that this company pays individuals to leave positive reviews and offers free items in exchange for good feedback. Please be cautious and skeptical of those reviews, as I was also offered free items to write a positive review. I am now left without my money and without a product. This has been a very negative experience for me, and I feel robbed. If you value your money and want quality products, I urge you to stay away from this company. They do not honor their commitments and will not respond once they have your money.
