The app keeps timing out on my Android phone when I tap on the package to begin managing it. I can't actually complete shipments as a result. Couldn't even find a way to log in and do it from the main website, until I received an email that my items were stored too long and I would be charged $1 per day beginning with that day. Thankfully, the link in that email took me to the area of the website where I could finish the deal manually. App never used to be a problem, but now it's a HUGE problem and fails completely.
