IPhone Trade-In Scam
I was directed to this site as part of my IPhone trade-in when I was on the Apple website and I went through the process of submitting my trade-in. All went well until the courier company picked up the mobile and there is absolute silence after that. I have not been reimbursed and all mails / messages have gone unanswered. My last resort is to track them down to their fulfillment centre and if that is not working, I will be making a police complaint so that others do not get scammed by this company. Further update - was able to establish contact with the company and I have been reimbursed for the phone. Update on 6/12: My original reference number is SGSGAP2405642 and the reason for my unhappiness is the lack of response via mail that has been published. I further tried to reach out to their address at Pasir Panjang and found that they have moved from there without any further details. Lack of responses + not being able to track them down, led to the frustration. Ultimately, funds were credited on 20th November.
