Poor customer support
Poor customer support. Could not provide any solution or suggestion to customer. Unmannered response from the support team. I only get a "nope" to my product exchange inquiry. Asked if I can exchange my mini bowen light dome to standard bowen light dome due my confusion with their same product code for 2 different mounting type.
