Most horrifying air tix experience from CheapTicket! I’ve made purchase for return air tix to KL with additional baggage @ 20kg/way & paid for it @ SGD 311. They replied me an hour later to say the baggage was not secured & I had to login to the airline website to manage booking to make the purchase. Guess what!! The airline is charging 20kg @ ~ SGD 100/way! Goodness gracious!! If they can’t honor the sales conditions, reach out to the buyer to arrange for 100% refund. I’ve since emailed them & they’ve not responded. No way am I going through them for future purchases! Literally buy at your own risk!!!
