They provide a tracking number saying in transit
They provide a tracking number saying shipped with boxcheck. Tracking says not a good tracking number. Customer service is a robot replying. I waited and sent third email after their website said out for delivery. Wasted two days of not leaving since signature required. Then they sent another tracking stating delivery attempt, not home which was a lie. Sent another email stating if not received that day would dispute charges. I got a reply stating would recall the box, refund my payment and block me from ordering again. Still no refund . Tracking still shows not delivered . Terrible customer service experience. Never use again.
