6 MONTHS NO PRODUCT RECEIVED
I purchased a custom saber since 6/15/2024 and still haven't received anything besides a tracking number with no date for delivery, and a handful of comments that says we're updating our page. I was told directly that if I wanted to purchase a custom saber I would have to buy a mystery saber, or a lootbox containing a random saber. Red flag there, did it anyways and I regret it. Cost me 300 in total, got my random saber for 100 at least. I think you can just go to their website and buy a custom order without buying something beforehand too, not that I would. The item I wanted wasn't even available as a custom order. The presentation I saw was misleading to say the least, but hey, I could've misinterpreted the experience as well. I'll take at least half the blame here. I contacted them by email after a week of receiving no contact about making my custom order. I eventually declared I wanted a refund, nope, kept stringing me along away from a refund. We'll send you the item you wanted even though you paid less, here's a tracking number after 2 months since purchase. Nothing has happen with that. I've kept emailing them but I think they're ignoring me now. Last email from them was October 17 I believe. Yeah, don't buy from them. At least don't order anything and get them item from them physically, if they don't have it on hand take your business elsewhere.
