I bought both of my granddaughters lightsabers from an amazing salesperson named Paul, he demonstrated everything and was so patient and encouraging when having them custom make their lightsabers. They smiled from ear to ear and as soon as they got home they started battling lol. It's a well constructed saber and i highly recommend you getting one! Thanks Paul, for making their millennium ;) pun intended lol!
We got off to a rocky start but in the he end customer service came through like a super star. Not only did they send me a missing part but they gifted me an awesome blade and a thanks for my patience. I have purchased from them twice before and I love their products. This is a very popular company and they have always come through for me. I always visit their booths at the cons.
Dx Sabers is the worst company ever!! If I could give them negative stars I would. They were suppose to replace a saber that broke within 1 day and here I am 3 years later still fighting with a company that says, well send out a new one in 2 weeks and they never do. I’ve requested money back, they refuse. They are liars, do not keep their word, and make horrible products. I would NOT get your savers from them. Find another reputable company because they are not.
I had a very positive experience with DX Sabers. I met them at Fanexpo Philly 5/31. I brought a $100 mystery box and qas told it was buy one get 2 for free. I was initially a little nervous because I had read mixed reviews online after purchase, but the company exceeded my expectations. Communication was responsive, and I received tracking information that allowed me to follow my order throughout the shipping process. When my sabers arrived, I was impressed with the overall build quality, appearance, and value for the price. The hilts felt solid, the blade effects looked great, and the sound fonts added a lot to the experience. As someone who enjoys collecting and customizing sabers, I appreciated the variety of features included. There were a few moments during shipping when I was unsure about the status of my order, but the tracking eventually updated and everything arrived as expected. In the end, the wait was worth it. I would rate this company as zero to be honest, they claim lifetime warranty on repairs which is a lie. I have been waiting 3 years and a half for my 2 light sabres to be repaired, they replied here and there in the beginning always with false hope. Claiming to send it out that week or within the next few days and then months zero reply meanwhile they are posting all over social media ignoring my messages. I have so much proof of this and it sucks to be lied and misled like this. All I want is my two light sabres back in working condition as promised, I don’t get why they are ignoring me and refusing to send them cause clearly after 3.5 years I’m the fool who believed all their lies and at this point I doubt they will ever send me them. So what can I do being a Canadian and this is an American scam artist ??? Cause cmon to say they will repair them and them disappear or reply with lies ain’t this a scammer? Ordered a Lightsaber Scabbard v2 and paid in full including shipping, only to be ignored after the initial order confirmation. Weeks later, when I asked where my scabbard was, they took several days to respond and then cancelled my order, claiming the cancellation was at my request. They haven't explained why despite my follow-up. No customer support, no communication, no goods. I did at least receive a refund notification from PayPal. Update: got email today, will see how we update the review.
Dx saber have been a good company to work with. Yes they are human but at the end of the day they alway make it right. They are very professional and helpful.
About 2 years ago, I purchased a sabers from Steel City Con. I had previously got a mystery saber from them at a different convention so I figured they were legit. This time, I wanted a replica saber, but they told me I would need to order it and they would ship it to me within 2 weeks. Fine. I paid, went on my way. This convention was in October. December rolls around, I never recieved anything. So I messaged them, they apologized and sent me a tracking number. My package was never dropped off and the number never updated. So I messaged them again. Now it's January. Finally sent out a saber. When I received it, it wasn't what I ordered. I ordered a Baylan saber, and I received a broken Master Sword from Legend of Zelda. They sent me an email claiming they knew about the mix up before the delivery, but "forgot" to hit send. Mhmkay sure. I tell them I want a full refund at this point. They still are trying to talk me out of the refund and ask me to send the sword back. Claim I will get my order plus some. But at this point, I am done. So I tell them I want a refund but they ghost me. Out of good confidence, I send their sword back. It was broken anyway. I immediately go to my bank and file a charge back. That was the only way I was able to get my money back. I would never recommend these people to anyone.
My saber that I bought over 3 years ago was malfunctioning. I came to Awsome con and they fixed it at no cost due to their lifetime warranty. Thank you we have 3 sabers bought them 3 years ago all work still. Thanks again for the quick fix.
Worse company ever!!! I purchased a light sabre from them and then I won one on a random prize they were doing then I had issues with my two light sabres they both didn’t work anymore and the company has a lifetime guarantee to repair if damaged. So I sent them the two sabres to their address which they claimed they didn’t receive anyhow moving forth they offered to replace them regardless, two and a half years later I’m still running after them to get my two light sabres, they offered a third considering it was so long and agreed it was ridiculous I waited this long and promised I would be getting it asap along with a tracking number and I would be prioritized. Now they won’t even return my emails they refuse to answer and I know they see my messages and replies as they are always posting on social media. There is always an excuse as to why I am delayed or why they have not replied in months I will be contacting the authorities in regards to this and I will be filing a complaint with the better business and getting a lawyer as well. I am beyond fed up all I wanted was what they promised me which they didn’t even keep their word smh They are scammers and liars and play with peoples emotions in making them think they will get their product back smh disgusting DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARENT HONEST
Never buy from this company please. They offer so-called high quality lightsabers but when I got my mystery box I had two faulty lightsabers I was offered a upgrade and never got them I got a fake tracking number and I have pictures text messages and emails to prove it. I have reported them to the FTC and the better Business bureau after exhausting attempts to try to rectify the situation with them and the company owner nothing was being done so I had to go to the extreme measures they keep deleting my comments from their pages because they want to look good to withhold their fake high quality image.

Took my son to Rangerstop convention in Orlando… 2025. Came upon Paul and the Sabers!! My son LOVED them. He picked a beautiful Black one. Which is truly amazing. It does a lot and the feel of it is outstanding .. Paul couldn’t be more helpful. When we got home we had a question which he quickly replied to.
I've waited almost 2 months for my sabers after buying one with a mystery saber at fantasy 2025. They keep giving me delivery dates, and telling me I will receive a tracking number, and whatever lies they can think of to not send me what I paid for. It's been a constant game of cat and mouse since the very beginning, not to mention the one I have is covered in dents, scratches missing bits. These people are a joke so don't buy from them.
BUYER BEWARE. STOLE $2000 Yoda Graflex that he said he would repair. Stole $400 for additional saber. Doesn't reply. Total thief and scammer.
