We have relaunched our company to become the NEW DX SABERS in august of 2024. Along with our new head of customer service, Emma Walsh, we offer live support, new sabers every week, sabers delivered in 2 weeks or less and we are able to really stand by that fact. If any delays are caused customers may be compensated depending on the circumstances, and we have become much more dedicated to customer care and resolutions.
