Do NOT order online
I placed an order online and paid extra for 3 day shipping. The wrong boots were sent in a box that wasn't even labeled for those boots. I requested a refund and the only thing they emailed me is a shipping label, no refund confirmation. They also stated shipping is not refunded so I'm expected to pay $20 for an item I never received. Now that I'm reading reviews, I doubt I even receive the refund once I send the boots back. What a rip off. Sounds like the in store experience is fine, but I would never order online from them again.
