Sold Fake Codes + Difficult Support
I was sold invalid/used keycodes on this website. I opened a ticket for company support, wishing for a refund. At first, they were hesitant to help me, because I took too long to provide them with evidence. There was a 48 hour time limit which was not clearly written anywhere. Thankfully, after some back and forth of emails, they agreed to take the evidence and provided me with the refund. It was frustrating that they initially refused to help me, but I am happy I was refunded in the end. Nevertheless, be careful with this platform.
