0 Star - Don't work with them
If there were an option to give 0 stars, I would choose it. I had a furnace protection plan with Enercare for seven years, paying $17.99 + tax per month. Now that I want to cancel the plan, I've been told I have to pay $45.60 for the current month, plus five additional payments of $20.33 through November 2026. This has been a very disappointing experience. It feels like the focus is on maximizing revenue rather than providing fair service and treating long-term customers with respect. After seven years as a paying customer, I expected a much more reasonable cancellation process.
