No changes, no refunds! Although it worked out in the end.
I booked first class tickets for the wrong time in error. Rail Ninja was completely inflexible and unsympathetic and would not let me make any changes to the tickets, even with a fee. Their website made it seem like they were an authorized agent of the railway. Clearly this is not the case. Beware and read the fine print! Update, December 10, 2024 Rain Ninja did refund 74% of my original purchase price. Although the experience did cause me a degree of stress, several emails, and a several weeks' time, I am satisfied with the resolution and appreciate the consideration and understanding that RailNinja extended in following through.
