Product is fine, returns horrible
Honestly the shoes are great when they are the right ones and the right size and... They've sent me the wrong order twice, the first time I decided to keep the shoes then re-ordered what I originally wanted. Sent me the wrong product again and reached out to return it. Guess what? You have to send them pictures for some reason to then pay the entire cost of return shipping for them to decide that you only get 20%. Wanna know a secret? You can get the exact same shoes on amazon with much better return policies.
