The process to close down a retirement…

The process to close down a retirement account for a single-member business has been excruciating. I signed up for this service by the recommendation of Gusto. They will continue to debit your account for more than $100/month for 7-10 months after you request to cancel while they "wind down." I was given the runaround and no one ever owned the closure process completely. Each time I'd make a request about stopping billing, I would be told that no more billing would take place. I finally had to put a hold on my checking account to prevent them from continuing to bill us.
