Purchased two lovely custom rings
Purchased two lovely custom made rings with Tianyu and they were highly responsive and engaging in the jewelry making process. They told me the exact grams of gold, shared gem selections with me before setting the pieces, and regularly shared updates. I was so impressed with customer service each time and I'm even more excited to make more custom pieces with them. All messaging done through WhatsApp.
