A Disappointing Platform That Fails Sellers
As a seller who has been active on this platform for months and sold a significant number of items, I am deeply disappointed with the overall experience. While the site does go down occasionally, the bigger issue lies in its lack of accountability and ethics. Plagiarism is rampant, with no mechanisms in place to prevent or address it. Sellers’ hard work is frequently stolen or replicated with zero intervention from the admins. The admins themselves are shockingly lazy and unhelpful, leaving users to fend for themselves against these issues. The site’s bugs and inefficiencies only add to the frustration. It’s disheartening to see such a lack of support and integrity from a platform that should protect its sellers and their content. Edit: They replied to me saying they aim to provide a fair marketplace, yet they allow sellers to create almost identical copies of others' listings. I have tried discussing this issue with them multiple times, but they take 3 to 4 days to reply with just two generic lines, and their responses are neither helpful nor different from the last. Their support team is incredibly unprofessional, and to make matters worse, the servers frequently go down. This is by far one of the worst selling platforms I have ever used. Other competitors, whom they claim to be better than, such as G2G or EpicNPC, have far superior support teams and policies.
