Shocking!
Shocking. Been waiting for an item to be dispatched for 2 weeks despite the website stating delivery times are 3-5 days. The company refuses to cancel and refund the order which they still have in their possession. No item and out of pocket with zero support or care. Safe to say I’ll never be ordering from this website again. Appalling customer service and attitude.
